From docket to invoice, freight calculates itself.
Record each shipment once. Chargeable weight, per-client pricing slabs and every surcharge roll up into a clean monthly invoice — finalised, GST-ready and export-ready.
Freight by hand — or freight that prices itself.
Capture the docket once and the system does the maths, instead of typing every rate and surcharge into a spreadsheet.
Numbers typed, and re-typed.
- Freight worked out by hand for every single docket.
- Volumetric weight forgotten, so heavy parcels under-bill.
- ODA and fuel surcharges missed until the client disputes.
- Month-end mismatches and ₹0 rows nobody can explain.
Priced the moment it's booked.
- Chargeable weight computed as max(actual, volumetric), per box.
- Per-client slab rates applied automatically, with clean fallback.
- Fuel, docket, ODA, ROV and GST rolled into one monthly invoice.
- Finalise, lock and export to Excel or PDF.
Five steps from shipment to settled.
The most-used screen is docket entry — everything after it is automatic, right through to a finalised invoice.
Docket
Capture AWB, client, destination and box dimensions — unique per tenant.
Chargeable wt
Volumetric is computed per box; the greater of actual and volumetric bills.
Pricing slab
Per-client, per-cluster rates apply — weight-based multi-tier or piecewise.
Monthly invoice
Freight, fuel surcharge, docket charge, ODA, ROV and GST roll up per client.
Finalise & export
Lock the invoice, then export to Excel or PDF with the register behind it.
One docket, rolled into the monthly bill.
Every priced docket for a client aggregates into a single invoice — surcharges, ODA and GST added automatically.
Rates that match how you actually charge.
Slabs are scoped per client and mode, and the system falls back cleanly when a cluster-specific rate isn't set — so nothing ever bills at zero.
Chargeable weight
The greater of actual and volumetric weight, computed per box and summed.
Weight-based & piecewise
Multi-tier weight slabs or piecewise pricing — whichever fits the lane.
Clusters & ODA
Assign a city to a cluster and it inherits ODA flags and surcharges automatically.
Pricing fallback
Cluster-specific slab first; if none, the client's default slab for that mode.
Built for the whole billing operation.
From the first docket of the day to the month-end register — one system, cleanly separated per organisation.
Docket entry
Add, edit and search shipments, with bulk Excel upload and on-the-fly freight recalculation.
Pricing slabs
Per-client, per-cluster rates — weight-based multi-tier or piecewise, with clean fallback.
Invoices
Generate, finalise and download monthly invoices with fuel surcharge, ODA, ROV and GST.
Master data
Companies, clients, service providers, clusters and destinations — courier and logistics lists.
Invoice lifecycle
Lock finalised invoices, unfinalise when needed, and keep dockets tamper-safe by role.
Dashboard & exports
Monthly KPIs, per-client summaries and Master Register / All-Invoices Excel exports.
Every number leadership asks for.
The dashboard opens on the current month — step back and forth to compare, and see top-revenue clients instantly.
Access that fits who does what.
Each organisation runs its own clients, dockets, invoices and users — with three clear levels of control.
SuperAdmin
Manage all tenants and organisations, create users across any tenant, full system access.
Admin
Manage users within the tenant; finalise, cancel or edit any invoice, and unfinalise locked ones.
User
Create and edit dockets, generate invoices, and view reports and exports day to day.
Freight that posts to the same ledger.
Logistics Billing is part of the Maco Suite — every finalised invoice lands in Mbook ERP finance, no exports, no double entry.
Before you ask.
The system computes volumetric weight from each box’s dimensions, takes the greater of actual and volumetric as the chargeable weight, then applies the client’s pricing slab for that cluster and mode. Freight is derived automatically but can be manually overridden on the docket.
Weight-based slabs charge a rate per kilogram across tiers; piecewise pricing lets you set fixed amounts for specific weight bands. You choose whichever matches how you quote a given client or lane — both are configured per client and mode.
Yes. Import shipments from Excel and the system recalculates freight on the fly against your pricing slabs. AWB numbers are validated for uniqueness across the tenant so duplicates are caught before they post.
Base freight across all a client’s dockets, plus fuel surcharge, docket charge, ROV, ODA charges for out-of-delivery-area clusters, and GST — rolled up into one grand total, exportable to Excel or PDF.
Finalised invoices are locked, and their dockets can’t be edited — which keeps billing tamper-safe. An Admin can unfinalise the invoice to make a correction, then finalise it again, with the whole action controlled by role.
Bill every shipmentright— the first time.
