3. Subscription Refunds

Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscription fees are generally non-refundable. However, we may consider refund requests under exceptional circumstances within the first 7 days of a paid subscription.

Annual Subscriptions

For annual subscriptions paid in advance:

• Refund requests within 30 days of purchase may receive a pro-rata refund
