2. Free Trial Period
We offer a 7-day free trial for all our software products. During this period:
- No payment is required to start the trial
- You have full access to all features
- No commitment to continue after the trial
- You can cancel anytime during the trial without any charges
We strongly recommend using the free trial to evaluate our software before making a purchase decision.
3. Subscription Refunds
Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscription fees are generally non-refundable. However, we may consider refund requests under exceptional circumstances within the first 7 days of a paid subscription.
Annual Subscriptions
For annual subscriptions paid in advance:
- Refund requests within 30 days of purchase may receive a pro-rata refund
- Refund requests after 30 days will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis
- Processing fees and any discounts received will be deducted from the refund amount
4. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time:
- For monthly subscriptions, cancel before the next billing cycle
- For annual subscriptions, cancel at least 30 days before renewal
- Access continues until the end of the current billing period
- No partial refunds for unused time on monthly plans
5. Non-Refundable Items

- Setup and installation fees
- Training and consultation charges
- Customization and development work
- Third-party integration costs
- SMS and email credits purchased
