1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by MacoTech Software Private Limited ("MacoTech", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

MacoTech provides property management software solutions including Hotel Manager, Apartment Manager, and Government Hostel Management systems. Our services are provided on a subscription basis as outlined in your service agreement.

3. User Accounts

To use our services, you must:

• Create an account with accurate information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Be responsible for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Subscription and Payment

• Subscription fees are billed Quarterly or annually as per your plan
• Payments are due at the beginning of each billing cycle
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
• All fees are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the services for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the services
• Copy, modify, or distribute our software
• Use the services to transmit harmful content

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by MacoTech and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

7. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you input into our systems. MacoTech has no ownership rights over your business data. We will not access, use, or share your data except as necessary to provide the services.

8. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability. We will provide advance notice when possible.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MacoTech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold MacoTech harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the services or violation of these terms.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate the subscription with 30 days written notice. MacoTech may suspend services immediately for non-payment or violation of these terms. Upon termination, your access will be revoked, and you may request an export of your data.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
